He throws one of the worse, wobbly, inaccurate passes in the NFL. His poor passing motion is what leads to the wobbly pass.The wobbly motion of the ball moving through the air leads to a less accurate pass. Of course, throwing directly to a defender which leads to a quick 'pick six' is more of a poor mental game than poor mechanics.

 

All in all, he is just plain not very good at the pro level. His stats (not the 'garbage time fluff') bears this out.
