Next year's q.b.'s coming out in the draft are mediocre so he should look to free agency to find his guy. Other top priorities should be to upgrade the offensive line and pass rush. Drafting Garrett or Allen in the 1st will turn an already solid defense into an elite one. The remainder of the off-season will focus on offense. In addition to a q.b., the team needs at least 2 new offensive linemen ( good draft class of interior linemen), a new tight end and another running back, although Ivory and Yeldon should be sufficient with better blocking.

 

Just like Bradley needing at least 7 wins this year to remain the coach, Caldwell will also need that to remain G.M. after next year.
