Dave's best job so far is performing a masterclass in job security rope-a-doping. Purge the roster so far that no matter how bad you are at drafting and FA acquisition what you replace them with will be better than that. I mean purge it so far that your acquisition of DAN FRIGGIN SKUTA will somehow be praised as an upgrade. 

 

Somehow that will fool over half of the fan base into thinking you have done well overall, when you have not.
