Oley and Blake were slaying teams last year with the deep pass, but everyone knew it. This year, starting with the Packers week one, teams game planned to stop the deep pass, but Oley refused to budge. Oley pulled out all his passing tricks until Blake led the league in passing attempts while utterly neglecting the run game. Unfortunately, this created arm fatigue, and it was rather obvious shortly before Oley was let go, that Blake's arm is shot. Now, with a renewed focus on the run game and with easier throws for Blake to make, they're moving the ball the best they can. They're doing alright, but the turnovers and penalties continue to ruin their chances for victory.
