If he starts next year it will more than likely be his 4th O coordinator and at least third system if you count Hackett's system the same as Olson's. That is a recipe for disaster for any young QB. He has faced huge obstacles in his development with the O-line performance/protection and lack of any  semblance of a run game being the largest one. When you are the most sacked QB it's not good.

 

That being said, his mechanics and accuracy issues are completely on him and have impacted his play to the point of being an unacceptable level for this league. I have to wonder about injury with the dude.
