The Browns are very much where we were at the end of 2012/beginning of 2013. They are almost literally starting from scratch, talent-wise. The Rams and Eagles both had decent defenses(Rams also had Gurley who was coming off a decent year) before trading up to grab what they feel were franchise QBs while Cleveland has nowhere near that on either side of the ball. At MINIMUM, Cleveland needs 3 OL, 1 more WR, possibly 2 TEs because of Barnidge's age, and a QB on offense. On defense, they need 1 or 2 DEs, 1 or 2 more LBs, possibly 2 corners if Haden is washed up, and 2 safeties. Nobody should really be shocked that they're winless because they're damn near an expansion team right now.
