Odrick is overpaid, but at least he's fringe starter material so no real need to cut him, unless the team decides to change scheme and switch to a 3-4 or something.  His salary jumps to $7.5 M next year so he's not someone you would pay that much to be a backup, not when both Marks and Alualu are just as good and cost signficantly less. 

 

Skuta will likely not be here next season.  Total bust and easily replaced in the lineup by Myles Jack.  Skuta simply doesn't make plays and can't stay healthy.  

 

Julius Thomas probably comes back next year.  TE is deep in the 2017 draft and with Koyak and Sterling playing better, the new coaching staff might decide to go with youth at the position.  But there is no reason to cut Thomas before the season starts anyway.  If anything, you cut Lewis as he's way past his prime and no longer productive.  

 

Henne is overpaid as a backup, so don't see him being brought back at all.  He's worse than BB5 so the Jags will likely try and bring in a better veteran QB to provide competition, plus a late-round QB in the draft to compete with Allen for the backup position. 

 

House will likely get cut and his cap savings used to pay to re-sign Prince.  

 

The real question is whether or not they re-sign Cyprien.  He's had a better season, and with Joke almost certainly being let go in free agency, Cyprien is the only player really left out of that draft class.
