I really feel that Bortles' inability to progress (he Regressed)  and the failure of the staff to get consistent disciplined play from their roster stole away any ground made in the 2016 offseason acquisition process. 
 

I agree, 2017 could be the year of improvement. I'm just not getting overly hopeful after seeing this team fail for the last decade.

 

The two big issues in 2016 were the QB play and the atrocious turnover differential. You can't win with those two strikes against you. (The running game could be added, but there's been a nice resurgence there in the last few weeks. The team is up to 22nd in yards per game and 16th in yards per attempt)
