You run into the issue of him wanting to test free agency if you do that, the way he has been whining about our fans and everything I wouldn't expect he would want to be back, especially if we "disrespect" him by not paying this year. Just know he isn't a 1400 yard 14 td guy every year and more of a 1100 6-10 td guy on average and pay him like that.
