In fairness, I will admit that Caldwell seems to have done better recently, but when you have all those early draft picks and a ton of cap room, you "should" hit on some players.  

 

The overall body of his work is not good though.  
 

The only 1st rounder he scored on was Ramsey, and that fell in his lap to where it would be the all time dumbest pick if he passed on him.
