I'd be happy seeing Allen, Bortles and an early or mid-round pick competing this summer. Finding a franchise QB doesn't really have a "shortcut." There are to many varying degrees of success and rate of player development.

I still think it could be done if properly planned for and executed with the right people. Definitely would be interesting to see. You would have to bring in a couple extra coaches and wide receivers and rotate the Qbs in as many individual drills as you could while simultaneously working team drills.


Unrealistic, but possible.
