And something tells me it's going to be an easy job. There's talent on the team, and both offensive and defensive units have seen success (if only they'd both come in the same year...) - maybe new coaching will be all it takes (though I don't buy into the lazy explanation that 'it's all the coaching, and if you change Gus everything magically works'). Add to that the fact that the officiating this year has been wildly one-sided, costing us three or four games so far - which should regress to the mean next season - you've got a recipe for immediate improvement whoever comes in next year. There are a few obvious things that need to be changed, but even more of the same should produce better results next year, and anything that's done to improve matters should produce much better results.
