I wouldn't hate the hiring of Mike Smith. I would like someone with a proven track Record and someone that has head coaching experience. Also Smith worked wonders with a young Matt Ryan so in my head this makes sense over another hot Cordinator and I was never really sold on McDaniels. Now if we can land Coughlin in an Front office role I'd be happy
