Gus firing is inevitable, replacement already decided?

#81

Wouldn't mind Smith he at least has proven capable of winning , lead his units to clear improvement and is known for discipline and accountability. The Tampa D has really stepped up and even when in Atlanta they had stretches of good play especially from their young CBs (Ramsey, Colvin would like him) despite not having a lot of talent on that side of the ball.

He can bring in a up and coming offensive minded guy to be OC and QB whisperer for Bortles while at the same time bringing some discipline and structure to our young talented but oft boneheaded defense.
