Trade up for Teddy: Good or bad idea?
|
Quote:Maybe, but there are still some concerns such as his size and the level of competition he's faced. And even though we have 10 draft picks, we still have a ton of other holes: OG, C, RB(?), DE, LB, S, etc. Not to mention that we don't really have a ton of depth at any one position, which is important too. This team needs a quarterback, two guards, a center, a right tackle, a tight end, a running back, two defensive ends, a defensive tackle, and two outside linebackers. Two more drafts will be needed if Caldwell wants to upgrade all of those positions with rookies. I would be open to trading one late round pick if necessary to leapfrog another team like we did for Justin Blackmon, but nothing else. |
