The offense may not fit the players strengths. You see that quote from Fitz on what Kyle Shanahan does with Julio to makr him even more effective? When dont we just tell Arob to just run down the field and we throw it up to him?


Good coaching can get more out of these guys. Sure you would hope they could do it with anyone but these are young guys. Gotta play to their strengths and let them develop.
