If we couldn't get Shanahan or maybe Patricia and McDermott then I would probably want the experienced/second chance dude. 
 

Cooter has shown as an OC he can quickly turn around a struggling offense and sustain the new success. That is the kind of guy we need for the OC job. My concern about him is coaching the defense because he has never done that.
