Good coaching can get more out of these guys. Sure you would hope they could do it with anyone but these are young guys. Gotta play to their strengths and let them develop.
The problem with this idea is that just 1 year ago with the same coaching staff we were the greatest show on turf 2.0.

 

The problem with the offense isn't the play calling, the problem is a QB that is struggling to execute the basic plays.

 

You can't play call around that.
