Im not sure McCaffrey will be worth it that high of a pick.  Unless you are getting an Adrian Peterson type in the first round, I dont believe RBs should be drafted before the 3rd round.  Short life spans.  Easy to plug guys in.  

 

I do think McCaffrey will have a really good career if on the right team.  The Patriots are the obvious choice.  But any team that gets creative with their RBs / slot WRs will do well to have McCaffrey on their team.  Sadly I dont think he'd do well on the Jags.  Can you picture Bortles hitting McCaffrey in stride 5 yards off the line?  I cant.  

 

As far as white dudes in general, I do think there is some reverse racism going on coupled with coaches always playing it safe.  If you are unsure about two players, I think any coach would naturally lean towards the black guy.  I complain about this all the time in many aspects of football.  But I think a coach, especially the higher level of football you get to, would rather lose playing it safe than take chances on doing something different.  Whether it be innovative offenses, going for it on 4th down more often, etc, etc...  I think your career is much better off just doing it the same way most others are and then if you lose you can always blame it on not having enough talent.
