Almost guaranteed to be fired after two seasons.
Got fired and immediatelycgot picked up basically by the Bills. Didnt work out for him but got a 2nd chance awfully quick...


Just because Rex flamed out doesnt mean Mike Smith fill follow in his footsteps. Talk about coaches that failed the first time and worked out the 2nd time letd take a look at Belichek, Kubiak, Carroll, Tom Coughlin in NY after here, Andy Reid, Tony Dungy, John Fox in Denver etc. etc. Those just come to my mind quickly.


Theres going to be guys who didnt work out, theres going to be guys who do. No one knows until their hired again and they get rheir second shot. Mike Smith deserves one.
