I agree with this. But the Ravens likely didn't grade Flacco as a top 10 pick. So they got OUT of the top ten. JW's scenario has us trading down INTO the top 10, meaning, if they pick a QB there they initially passed on a QB they had rated as a top 10 pick (which is typical 1st day starter future of franchise territory). Just don't know if this has ever happened before. Yea it's possible to predict the draft. But there comes a point where risk outweighs reward. I don't know the details of the Wilson pick, but my guess is they didn't have his rated as a top 10 pick either. |
