Didn't feel like posting a new thread, but another damning incident with Gus according to Micheal Silver. Coughlin lobbied Gus Bradley to bring him onto his staff, as a consultant, accord to a source.
I'm sorry, but if you go into your 4th season with 36 losses in a make or break year, and a super bowl winner wants to join your staff in any way, YOU DO IT. Did Gus seriously think he couldn't have gained anything from a 2 time world champ? Did he think he was a better coach than Tom, or Tom wouldn't contribute to Gus's "process"?
