Dave will talk to McDaneils prior to then I'm sure. If he gets the feeling this will be a done deal once the playoffs end I don't think it's far fetched. But yeah, I'd tend to agree. Then again, the Bucs and Steelers may very well be in the playoffs/go deep too. Haley and Smith are likely two high end candidates for us to go with Tom and Josh.

 

Unless it's Tom this isn't likely to get done anytime soon unfortunately. I just hope we hear we have "a deal" with one of these guys early on. They will want to start making calls for their staff asap.
