Unless it's Tom this isn't likely to get done anytime soon unfortunately. I just hope we hear we have "a deal" with one of these guys early on. They will want to start making calls for their staff asap.

I just dont see the Jaguars going the McDaniels route. I get the familiarity thing, but think about this, nobody wants to fire a friend, though Caldwell is most likely to go as its his last year of his contract. Caldwell needs to win now, there is nothing else that needs to be said. The Jaguars must win now or we are back to square 1. In my opinion these are the three candidates most likely to get hired. 

 

1. Coughlin

 

2. Todd Haley 

 

3. Mike Smith

 

All 3 have a ton of experience and in my eyes can get this thing turned around quickly.
