All 3 have a ton of experience and in my eyes can get this thing turned around quickly. 

 

Honestly though, the quickest route to wins is hiring a bright mind to fix Blake/bring in a QB that can be average to win games with the defense that has been assembled and use the weapons we clearly have at WR and should have at RB if we had a better run blocking OL (LG/RT). McDaniels, Haley, and Coughlin are likely the top 3 guys for just that. Mike Smith is a great mind but his forte isn't offense, so he'd need to have a very good offensive mind coming in to help with that (McCoy, Lynn, etc would be ideal).

 

Haley had some serious woes in KC too. He freaked out thinking his office was bugged and stuff. That's pretty alarming too...lol. 

 

My list goes:

 

1) Coughlin

 

2) Smith

 

3) Haley

 

4) McDaneils when it comes to proven HC candidates. I'd really like any of the hires.
