Haley had some serious woes in KC too. He freaked out thinking his office was bugged and stuff. That's pretty alarming too...lol.

1) Coughlin

 

2) Smith

 

3) Haley

 

4) McDaneils when it comes to proven HC candidates. I'd really like any of the hires.

Mike Smith is a solid hire, but in my opinion, you have to bank on a offensive coordinator for that too work. Kinda like with Gus Bradley. I just want a good head coach with experience who will install discipline and bring a winning culture to the locker room. I also dont think Blake Bortles matters, people dont realize how hot Dave Caldwells seat is. Hes got to win now, even in his presser, he said he wants a coach that will come in and give a fair opinion on Blake Bortles, it doesn't matter if its good or bad. Team needs to win now. Blake will likely be the QB, but no matter who is the coach, competition will be brought in and real competition to not only compete with Blake but to possibly  unseat him.
