Again, an elite quarterback prospect entering the NFL Draft has all of the talent to play NFL quarterback at the absolute highest level going in. He must raise no questions about his ability to lead by perfection and good example-making. All the check-offs must be plainly visible in all of his film. An elite QB prospect is a consensus league-wide vote to immediately, single-handedly make his team annual Super Bowl contenders.
