This is hilarious.  Laughable.  What you described is literally impossible to be.  Judging by these standards, I can't think of a single QB, Peyton Manning included, that fit this criteria to a tee.  

 

You look for a QB that does certain things very well and that has potential to grow into something even better.  I think Teddy clearly has that.  He's not perfect, but he's very good.
