Agree to disagree. I think you can expect this team to be flirting with .500 or greater if they're setting a high standard for themselves with the next head coach. Which by all accounts and reports seems that way so far. He's on a short leash in 2017.

 

If he goes out and hires someone like Tom Coughlin to be our VP of Football operations all bets are off entirely when it comes to Caldwell's future here. Period. This team is supposed to be talented enough RIGHT NOW to be winning this division. I think the expectation for the next coach coming in here is at the minimum a 7 - 9 / 8 - 8 record in a "weak" division as so many professional and armchair analysts like to tout the AFC South as....
