Your telling me if our defense continues to dominate but we clearly need to draft a QB next year (likely scenario if we are bad, can't win 8-9 games with QB play that isn't good) we are going to fire Caldwell if our defense is clearly a beast which it's turning into with 3 above average talented WR's, a LT, and a C definitely in the fold with this draft+FA to add players?

If we win 2-3 games again, things COULD get interesting. I really don't see that seriously happening. Look at all these close losses we've had and all the youth/rookies players on defense (minus Myles Jack which is insane). Things can obviously turn just like our offense this year, but I don't see how the hell a coach could be nearly as incompetent as Gus. Especially with the list of candidates we're seeing (all better than Gus).
