Ramsey has been good but he hasn't made the "flash plays" often enough like he did today.  The pick 6's and INTs are what he needs to get national recognition on this team and he simply hasn't had enough of those.  It's not to say he's not a good player or he hasn't had a good rookie year but 9.5 sacks in 11 games as a rookie is going to stand out.  2 INTs is not.
