Marvin Lewis is a very interesting coach IMO. He takes his teams to the playoffs frequently then does nothing once he gets there. Hard to get a pulse on whether he is over or under achieving at this point.
 

In reading the article,  I can envision a scenario in which another NFL team is interested in hiring Marvin Lewis as their new HC and Mike Brown decides to let him move on.  Knowing,  he wouldn't have to pay Lewis any additional money.
