I've grown grapes for wine most my life (including helping my dad as a kid), but a half dozen years ago raisins became so much more profitable I took a terrifying leap and switched over. My variety of grapes, when grown for "wine," actually go to a number of different products though. Probably chiefly juice concentrate. Then wine, then brandy. |
