Considering the blog is written by the founder and CEO of one of the cyber-security firms cited in numerous reports, I would certainly call it reputable.  Of course it is very detailed and provides hard facts that conclude that there is no way to determine who initiated the attacks.  Since you don't seem to be interested in finding out the truth on your own I'll leave you with this conclusion by somebody with far more knowledge of the facts.

Did you even read the report that you linked?  What facts from the report indicate that Russia specifically targeted the election?
