Thats not how a business operates. Your talking about a multi billion dollar business with owners worth billions of dollars, at the end of the day, the owner who forked out the money is going to have the final say in any organizational decision. 

 

I dont think you understand how businesses operate. An employee isnt going to go around firing people without the CEO/Owner being atleast aware of it.
