And really?Gus told Ramsey "I don't want to put you in a position to be a playmaker?", this I find hard to believe.

Sounds like the guys just don't want to be accountable. Which has been a big issue for this team.

It seems that throughout his reign here Gus has told his defense to stay disciplined and stick to their job instead of trying to break on passes and jump routes in order to get picks. This probably irks Gibson because his bread and butter is playing deep and breaking on routes. According to Ramsey he was told to stick to his role too instead of playmaking.
