If it only took three minutes to address an entire football team you couldn't have packaged up your thoughts and feelings into a neat little email or text message to send out to everybody? 

 

Either way, we'll see. With the recent rash of grumblings coming from some of the players on defense about the coaching staff he may have even called this meeting to shut them up for the remainder of the off-season as well. It's just speculation now. 

 

Because a nice little email or text is the way to communicate organizational message?

This season has been very disappointing for all of us. Rest assured we will be doing our best to find the right people in the building to give us the best opportunity to win. We will look at everything and everyone. We will notify you personally if we deem your performance to be adequate for what we are looking for. Please pack your bags and return to the building if called upon.
