Nothing wrong with that, except you are using a mid round pick that you could use on another position. Last year, we could have used a 3rd round pick on a QB, and not gotten Yannick Ngakoue. In 2014, we could have used a 3rd round pick on a QB instead of drafting Brandon Linder. What I am saying is, there is a cost associated with just throwing draft picks at a particular position. |
