He's one of the few candidates to me that didn't require many star players to make them look good.  His defense and schemes are constantly changing.  It'd be nice to have a coach that came up with different game plans instead of sticking with schemes that don't fit the personnel.
 

Anything coming out of NE scares the [BLEEP] out of me to be honest... Whether its a player or coach unless we got Bill himself
