  Donnie Henderson would be well worth considering as DB Coach.   Henderson was the Jets DC under Herman Edwards and in 2006,  Rod Marinelli hired him in that role with the Lions.  Marinelli and Henderson had a mutual parting after one season,  as Marinelli prefers the Tampa Two style as his foundation,  while Henderson likes to blitz frequently.
