No...I'm comparing losing football teams.

 

JDR and Mel Tucker were fired after that 2011 season, just like the Colts coach.

 

Gene Smith wasn't fired for failing to instill a winning culture.  That last win over Indy was supposed to ensure that winning culture be instilled.

 

He was fired because he failed to bring in winning talent.

 

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!
