I can't disagree with any of that  - though I have a little bit less doubt than you do that he can get his fundamentals up to snuff to be an average QB in the NFL. I doubt it- just not as much as you do. 

 

He improved marginally from year one to year two and then fell off of a cliff.

 

 If he can get back to where he left off fundamentally (2015 footwork as opposed to 2016) and make a few better decisions he may just be OK in a couple of years. 

 

Big "ifs," I know.
