IMHO if Bortles is still having to work on quarterback fundamental skills then he has no business being in the pros. By the time your at the pro level that fundamental stuff is supposed to be second nature; like you have to think about it to not do it right. At least that's the standard for professionals in most occupations.

But what ever... he is what he is.
 

Unless you've been in that industry, you shouldn't talk about it like you know the in's and out's.
