Outside of him. I'd say the 2nd most let down on the team this season was Jeremy Parnell. I lost count on how many times he personally screwed this offense on good looking drives. Between the whiffs, the holding calls, the false starts, etc. He stunk it the [BAD WORD REMOVED] up in 2016. I would be just fine with Caldwell maybe getting lucky and trading down if Allen and Garret are off the board to nab Ryan Ramcyzk out of Wisconsin to replace him. 

If they are fortunate enough to trade down and it is somewhere between pick number 10-20, Ramcyzk would be a good choice. They could then take the best guard with the extra 2nd they acquire (Feeney, Elfein, etc) and their offensive line should be fixed. Other than finding respectable competition for Bortles, the offensive line has to be the top priority.
