Liberals are all about the "well if you're not doing anything wrong then you have nothing to worry about" mentality. Until they're caught and all hell breaks loose and they try to shift the focus to the Blame Game in the hopes that people will forget they did something wrong. Of course if the 'offending party' broke the law to get the information out then they should be dealt with, but in no way should that take away from bringing justice to the person who did wrong in the first place. 

 

The legal concept is the Fruit of the Poisonous Tree, information obtained illegally cannot be considered admissible. The trouble with lawyers is that they cannot deal with real life outside the structure of the courtroom, in this case that the CONTENT of the e-mails still matter regardless of HOW the content was obtained.
