$21 billion in lame duck, last gasp, Congress skipping regulations. Nix all of those and there's your wall almost exactly if you take the high side of the estimations. Again, it's not about the money and it never has been. Both sides are perfectly willing to waste 20 billion without second thought. Don't let who is going to pay for it factor in to whether the wall should happen or not. |
