I would hate to see if you were ever a boss in a certain situation. You seem to think a the guy who "runs the show" demands things and people fall in line without actually having to work with others.

How is he delusional? Sure David Caldwell still has the title of "General Manager", but he's had a significant amount of power taken away, given the fact that Tom Couglin has the final say over the 53 man roster. According to Ryan O, Coughlin will have the final say on "everything", which means the draft, free agency, trades etc...he already blocked the hiring of a special teams coach from Buffalo, what more do you guys need to see? David might be the "GM" by Couglin wields the power, that's what PWM is trying to relate to you guys, it's incredibly obvious and not that difficult to comprehend.
