WRONG! Again IDC what your tweets say, Khan and Caldwell said different...Khan has allowed Coughlin to do what he himself has been doing... I'll say it one more time...The question was asked to Caldwell what happens if he and Coughlin do not agree on something...Caldwell answered that there is a process in place that 99.9% of the time will make the decision for them but if it doesn't the .01% THEN  Coughlin will have the final say...
