Mid-season you are not benching your HOPEFUL franchise player for Henne, at any costs. His regression is directly linked to his poor mechanics because honestly he had more INTs this year due to off target passes than bad decisions.

 

 

Maybe he doesn't turn it around. But he's a young player who has always been self critical, has shown some improvement in his time as an NFL player, so I don't see how you can just say "nah, this is who he is, can't fix him at all"

 

When we've seen guys get better throughout their career, sometimes in strides, sometimes leaps and valleys.

 

Bro I hate to throw stats out to support a good convo with you because stats dont always tell the truth but.., Blake has thrown 51 INTS in less then 3 seasons as QB. How many fumbles and pick sixes to add? That number is jarring. Forget about attemps, completion rates and whatever other stat that may not look great just focus on the turn overs this guy has. It's a back breaking number in my opinion. You cant be a consistent winner if you dont secure the ball period.The turn overs alone prove he doesnt take care of the ball and thus has not improved.
