No one (or there should be no one) thinks he doesn't have the talent to get the job done so the question boils down to work ethic and coaching.  I think coaching (plus some nagging injuries) had a lot to do with what happened to him between the Green Bay game and the last two games.  I'm not ready to give up on the guy.
